Privacy policy


1.1. This policy applies to all personal data that you provide to us which we collect and process when you use the website and online shop at owned by Lambero OÜ, registry code 14860344, located at Mustamäe tee 4, Tallinn (hereinafter Lambero OÜ or ‘the online shop’).

1.2. Lambero OÜ protects your personal data that you provide to us or that are collected by us in a manner as set out in this privacy policy. This privacy policy explains why we collect your personal data and how we use them.

2. Providing the data

2.1. You will have to provide complete, detailed, and accurate information about yourself in the order or registration form. If you provide inaccurate, wrong, or misleading data, we will have the right to cancel your registration or order or restrict your possibility to use the online shop. Please update the data as soon as they change.

3. Direct marketing

3.1. We use and process your data (e-mail and phone number) for direct marketing purposes based on your consent that you have disclosed:

3.1.1 by entering your personal data upon ordering the newsletter;

3.1.2 in the registration form of the website by stating that you agree to receive direct marketing messages.

3.2. Always and in any event, you have the possibility to unsubscribe from the news by following the instructions given in the newsletter. If you have registered on the website, you can manage your privacy parameters and direct marketing consents by logging into your account.

4. Discretion

4.1. You can decide what kind of data you disclose about yourself. If you decide not to disclose the data, you will lose the possibility to use certain resources of the website For example, users withdrawing from newsletters will not get special offers and information on various campaigns or raffling.

5. Making inquiries

5.1. We use and process your data for the purpose of administering the inquiries and providing answers on the basis of your consent, which you disclose when entering your personal data and message under the section ‘Contact’ of the website If you do not provide these personal data, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.

6.1. We use and process your data (given name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, etc.) for the administration of the user account on the basis of your consent, which you disclose by entering your personal data for registering a new account on the website If you do not fill in the mandatory registration fields, it will not be possible to create an account for you.

7. Data retention period

7.1. We process and retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes laid down in this policy.

7.2. We retain your registration data for as long as you have an active account on the website.

7.3. You can delete your data by deleting your account on the website and by cancelling all subscriptions to the newsletter. You can cancel the subscriptions to the newsletter via the link at the bottom of the letters.

7.4. We retain the data of your inquiries until the presented matter is being handled and for 3 years after giving a consultation.

8. Transfer of data

8.1. We may transfer your personal data for processing to third persons who provide the delivery or provision service of your ordered products or services or other services pertaining to the due fulfilment of your order.

8.2. We may transfer your personal data for processing to third persons who assist us in managing the online shop and protecting the data contained therein, as well as to the providers of direct marketing services. Such persons can be providers of software for databases, providers of the administration services of databases, providers of cloud services, etc.

8.3. Also, in cases and pursuant to procedure stipulated by law, your personal data may be provided to courts, collection companies, law enforcement institutions, the tax board, or other third persons with legitimate interest acting in the Republic of Estonia.

9. Information about minors

9.1. The services of the online shop may be used by any natural person aged 18 years and over with active legal capacity; minors aged 14–18 require the consent of their parents, foster parents, or guardians, unless they dispose of their wages or scholarship independently.

12.1.4. the right to withdraw your consent;

12.1.5. the right to submit complaints to the Data Protection Inspectorate.

13. Validity and amendments

13.1. This privacy policy is valid from 7 December 2019. In the event of amendments to this privacy policy, we will publish its updated version on the webpage of the online shop. Amendments and/or supplements to the privacy policy enter into force upon their publication on the webpage of the online shop.

14. Final provisions

14.1. This privacy policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. All disagreements arising from compliance with this policy shall be resolved by negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the disagreements shall be resolved pursuant to procedure laid down by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
